Manchester: A Thriving Hub for Neurodivergent Self-Employed Women
Manchester is a vibrant and welcoming city that celebrates diversity in all its forms, making it an ideal place for neurodivergent female entrepreneurs to establish and expand their businesses.
From the creative hub of the Northern Quarter to the innovative atmosphere of MediaCityUK, Manchester provides a wealth of resources, networks, and opportunities for neurodivergent women in business.
As a coach who understands the specific needs of neurodivergent entrepreneurs, I'm dedicated to helping you harness the immense potential of the Manchester business landscape.
If You're Not Succeeding It's Not Your Fault
Mainstream, neurotypical business approaches are not compatible with neurodiverse brains.
No matter the service you provide, whether you're an author, copywriter, web designer, travel consultant, photographer, coach, healer, or therapist, I am here to help you, as a neurodivergent woman, achieve greater profitability and peace of mind in your business.
As a neurodivergent female entrepreneur, you've already overcome so much to get where you are today. You're likely self-employed because you can't tolerate working in a traditional neurotypical environment like an office (shudder) and I can only guess at the kind of hardships you've had to face while trying to fit into those environments.
But you're here now. You've harnessed your unique strengths, pushed through challenges, and poured your heart into building a business that reflects your passions and values. But despite your incredible efforts, you may find yourself facing a series of all-too-familiar obstacles.
Every single neurodiverse businesswoman I speak to struggles with two things:
- Overwhelm. This is because the noisy and complex mainstream advice DOES NOT work for neurodiverse brains. It never will. You're not failing by not understanding what you're supposed to do next, or, having enough time to complete the myriad of tasks it suggests.
- Burnout. Holding ourselves to neurotypical standards—for example, working a 40-hour week or trying to grow a business via social media (not advisable - read more here)—will lead to burnout, every single time. We need to accommodate our own needs.
Financial Challenges
And depending on where you are in your business journey you may also be struggling to make ends meet, constantly worrying about money and feeling like you're not charging what your services are truly worth.
These challenges leave us feeling like a failure, questioning whether we have what it takes to build the thriving business we envisaged.
But hear this: You're not alone, and you are certainly not a failure.
As a fellow neurodivergent woman and experienced, accredited coach, I'm here to tell you that there is a path forward - one that leads to greater profitability, peace of mind, and a deep sense of pride in your accomplishments.
Together, we'll embark on a journey tailored specifically to your needs as a neurodivergent entrepreneur. We'll harness your unique strengths, eradicate overwhelm, and establish structures and boundaries to prevent burnout. We'll dive deep into your pricing strategy, ensuring that you're charging what you deserve and build a sustainable financial foundation.
Along the way, we'll work to reframe those disabling inner narratives that tell you you're not good enough. We'll celebrate your wins, big and small, and cultivate a mindset of self-compassion and resilience.

Pride & Joy
As you begin to see your business through this new lens, you'll rediscover the joy and purpose that first inspired you. You'll find yourself waking up each day feeling energised and capable, knowing that you're making a meaningful impact while also caring for your own well-being.
And as you step into your role as a successful businesswoman who also has an aligned nervous system, you'll inspire other neurodivergent women to do the same.
Our success creates a ripple effect, showing that it's possible to build a thriving business on our own terms, not despite your neurodivergence, but because of it.
If you're ready to write the next chapter of your story - one where you overcome overwhelm, banish burnout, charge what your services are worth, and embrace your role as the capable, successful entrepreneur you are - I invite you to take that first step and book in for a low-cost audit with me.

Success Stories from Neurodivergent Female Entrepreneurs
I've had the privilege of working with exceptional neurodivergent women who have achieved remarkable success.
Introducing Jane, a neurodivergent artist who turned her passion into a booming graphic design business.
Jane, like many artists and graphic designers, found it challenging to charge rates that reflected the true value of her services and struggled with asserting boundaries when dealing with clients, due to a lack of confidence. This lead to financial strain and overworking and burnout.
Together we:
- Created a sustainable work structure in line with her natural energy levels and hyperfocus tendencies.
- Strengthened her offering to attract more lucrative work. (I talk about this in my free Peace & Profit container.)
- Built a robust automated client onboarding system.
- Cultivated self-belief and confidence for Jane to feel comfortable standing in the space of a successful entrepreneur.
The result?
A booming business that showcases her unique talents.
A global audience of adoring fans. A six-month waiting list that just keeps growing!
Meet Jen, a talented healer with unique gifts.
Like many sensitive healers, Jen was trapped in a cycle of burnout and under-earning, despite her incredible work. That's where our collaboration began.
Together, we:
1. Decided on a profitable, aligned niche to focus her gifts
2. Streamlined and strengthened her offerings to make them irresistible to potential clients
3. Empowered her to charge what her services were worth
4. Reduced her workload
5. Prioritised the essential, nourishing self-care that all healers must engage in to remain energetically healthy.
The result?
A highly profitable, sustainable healing practice that nourishes both Jen and her clients.
These success stories (and there are many more!) prove that embracing your neurodivergence is the key to building a business that fits YOU like a glove.

Next Steps
The first step to working with me (and to start experiencing more peace & profit in your business) is to schedule a budget-friendly, high-impact business evaluation.
In essence, you provide your business details, and I analyze them through my core principles of simplicity, strength, and effective strategies/systems.
Then, I offer feedback on how to enhance your business during an online call.
This assessment is ideal for you if:
- You're finding it challenging to attract new clients or business. (I'll explain the reasons and guide you forward)
- You're feeling overwhelmed or unsure about your next steps. (I'll assist you in making decisions)
- You're tired of "doing it all" without seeing the results you deserve. (I'll help you understand why and how to make progress)
- You need a dependable system to generate business but lack clarity on what works or how to implement it. (I'll show you how)

Transparency
In the interest of full transparency, I want to clarify that I'm not physically based in Manchester (I'm about half an hour outside—in the countryside), but I conduct all of my coaching sessions online and work according to GMT, making my location essentially irrelevant.
I was born in Withington Hospital and spent my early childhood in Moss Side. We later moved to Yorkshire as my parents wanted a more rural lifestyle. Am I Mancunain or Yorkshire? Who knows, my accent is a hybrid and I feel deeply at home in both places.
The reason I mentioned Manchester in the content is that, as an SEO geek, I noticed that the search volume for "Business Coach in Manchester" was significantly high.
Blogging and SEO are the primary strategies I employ to attract clients, allowing me to avoid spending excessive amounts of time on social media.
These are skills that I can teach you as well if you decide to work with me. By optimising my online presence and creating valuable content, I effectively reach my target audience and grow my business without relying on traditional marketing methods—which are not suited to neurodiverse brains.
