You aren’t broken. You’re just running a high-speed brain on a depleted battery.

For neurodivergent women who need a Strategy, not a "Physician”

You cannot ‘mindset’ your way out of a nervous system crash

Is This You?

You’ve spent decades "holding it together." You built a career, managed a home, and maybe even raised a family. You were the master of masking—pushing through exhaustion to meet everyone else’s standards.

But firmly, something has shifted.

The strategies that worked in your 20s and 30s have stopped working. The mental fog is thicker. The sensory overwhelm is louder. The fatigue feels bone-deep.

Whether you have an official diagnosis (ADHD, Autism, or both) or simply a deep inner knowing that your brain works differently, you might be finding that:

Hormones have changed the rules: Perimenopause has stripped away your ability to "power through," leaving your executive function in tatters.

Rest doesn’t help: You sleep, but you never feel recharged.

The "Mask" is slipping: You can no longer fake "normal" at work or social events without paying for it for days afterwards.

You aren’t failing. You are simply operating your life without the correct User Manual.

Do Any of These Resonate??

  • You've read endless self-help books or tried standard talk therapy, but the strategies never seem to stick long-term.

  • Your energy is inconsistent causing anxiety and shame—some weeks you can conquer the world, and other weeks you can't get off the sofa.

  • You crave a calm, organised home, but you’re constantly battling clutter, "doom piles," and the shame of not being able to keep on top of it.

  • You're often so exhausted that you must spend time alone in bed in silence to recover from basic daily tasks that others seem to find easy.

  • You've heard about "nervous system regulation," but you don't know where to begin or how to actually feel safe in your own body.

  • You fear you are "lazy" or "broken" because your executive function fails you when you need it most.

  • You find socialising, supermarkets, or airports overstimulating and draining, so you often avoid them just to survive.

  • You have a busy brain that won't switch off, leaving you overwhelmed, paralyzed, and unable to rest even when you sleep.

  • You're guilty of "pushing through" to meet everyone else's needs, which leaves you depleted, resentful, and crashing hard afterwards.

  • You need help navigating this new diagnosis (or realisation), but you don't know which way to turn.

Hi, I’m Hannah

A NEURO-LIFESTYLE STRATEGIST.

I’m here to show you another way.

I’m a certified coach and proud late-discovered neurodivergent (AuDHD) woman.

Like me, you’ve probably spent decades "holding it together"—masking your way through hellish sensory environments and pushing through exhaustion because you care deeply about showing up for the work and people you love.

But—I'm guessing—the cost of that performance is finally getting too high. I found that trying to live a life to neurotypical standards while following neurotypical advice didn't just lead to tiredness. It led to continual overwhelm, severe burnout, and a nervous system that eventually screamed "STOP."

I've developed a way of living that's peaceful, kind to my nervous system, good for my self-esteem, and actually sustainable. I'm keen to share my approach with you.

Let’s Meet Future You

  • Your energy is consistent and reliable throughout the month.

  • You take guilt-free rest and actually have the capacity to enjoy your special interests.

  • You trust yourself and know exactly how to interpret your body's signals.

  • You spend fewer days in bed recovering from sensory crashes or social hangovers.

  • You feel safe and secure in your home environment (because you designed it that way).

  • You're confident advocating for your needs—saying "no" without the shame spiral.

  • You have systems in place to handle the heavy life admin that used to exhaust you.

  • You experience less overwhelm and much more daily joy.

Here’s the problem…

You’re burned out, masking is no longer working, and you’re running on empty.

You don’t know how to stop the cycle.

Here’s what you want…

To feel capable again. A woman who has consistent energy and enjoys a regulated nervous system.

To do that, you need to change the way you live.

It's my mission to help neurodivergent women design sustainable lives that align with our nervous systems—so we never have to crash, burn out, or hide who we are ever again.

I understand the deep exhaustion that comes from trying to navigate a neurotypical world that wasn't built for you… I have an extensive NHS health record to show for it…

What brings me here today.

A woman with curly blonde hair and a black shirt sitting against a white brick wall, smiling with arms crossed.

After my daughter left home, just as I turned 40, everything in my body—and my mind—began to collapse.

I’d been raising her alone for 19 years, and this was meant to be my time. But instead of stepping into a new life, I slowly stopped being able to function at all.

It was a total energetic breakdown. It didn’t hit all at once. But over weeks and months, I went from hiking in the hills to being bedbound. On bad days, I couldn’t walk without a stick. My mind was hazy. The smallest task could send me under.

This lasted, on and off, for four years. I lost everything I loved. I had to move back in with my mum. She did my laundry and shopping. I couldn’t stand up long enough to cook.

Eventually, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and Autistic Burnout. And when I finally discovered I was neurodivergent, everything came into focus.

Of course I was sick! After years of masking—pretending to be someone I wasn’t—my entire system had just burned out. I had been ignoring my sensory needs and pushing through exhaustion for decades because I thought that’s what "normal" people did.

But even after the diagnosis, I kept crashing. Why? Because I kept living the same way. I was still trying to meet neurotypical standards of "productivity" and "consistency."

Each time I burned out, I thought the problem was me. Not the User Manual I was following.

So, I stopped. And I began doing things differently. Slowly. Quietly. Carefully.

I simplified. I stripped my life back to the bones. I removed the obligations, the noise, and the people that drained my nervous system.

I studied. I stopped listening to doctors who told me to "just exercise" and started learning the biology of the neurodivergent nervous system.

I redesigned. I built a daily routine based on my energy, not the clock. I created a sensory-safe home. I learned how to say "no" without the guilt spiral.

The result is the life I have now. Calmer. Sustainable. Built around my needs.

That’s what I help other neurodivergent women do now, too.

Not by pretending to be someone else. Not by pushing harder.

But by honouring what’s true, clearing the noise, and trusting that our way is the right way.

Introducing...
The Life Re-Designed Framework

The foundation that helps you escape burnout and reclaim your energy.

You CAN have a functional life AND a regulated nervous system.

  • Icon of a trash can with the text '1: Simplify' above it.

    We declutter.

But not just stuff. We strip away the sensory drains, the "shoulds," and the social obligations that are secretly stealing your battery.

  • Circular graphic with a map icon and a location marker labeled '2: Strategies'

    We build your User Manual.

We map your unique brain, your hormonal cycles, and your sensory profile so you finally understand how to work with your biology, not against it.

  • Illustration of a checklist with four checkmarks, labeled "3: Systems" at the top, on a dark circular background.

    We automate the struggle.

We implement "low-drag" systems for the tasks you find hardest—admin, housework, and routine—so they happen without costing you executive function.

  • Circle infographic with the text '4: Support' and a simple line drawing of two hands holding each other.

I'm the expert in your back pocket.

Here to permit you to rest, scripts to set boundaries, and the practical "how-to" for navigating a world that wasn't built for us.

How It Works:

The "Low-Drain" Format

I have intentionally designed this container to protect your energy (and mine).

1. The Flipped Classroom (Pre-Work)
Instead of me "teaching" you concepts during our call—which eats up time and battery—you get access to short, targeted strategy audio/videos to watch before we meet.

This means you come to the session prepared, and we spend our time on implementation, not theory.

2. 30-Minute Laser Sessions
We meet on Zoom for strictly 30 minutes.

Why? Because 60 minutes often leads to "masking," small talk, and post-call exhaustion. 30 minutes is focused, potent, and leaves you with energy to spare.

3. A Spacious Rhythm
We work together for 6 sessions over 3 months (meeting fortnightly).

Neuro-change takes time. Meeting every two weeks gives you the space to actually test the strategies in your real life, fail safely, and report back.

"I was honestly floored by the extent of actionable steps Hannah provided me with--and not just that, but the warmth and clarity to help me understand why these steps are important, and how I might accomplish them myself.”

This is How We Untangle Things

1: The Simple Application

A simple, untaxing form.

Because this is strategy, not therapy, I need to check that I’m the right person to support you and that you are in a safe space to do this work.

2: The Connection Chat

A brief 20-minute conversation on Zoom.

No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a quiet space to say hello, ask each other questions, and check that we feel like a good ‘fit’.

3: The Move Forward

If it feels right for both of us, we choose a date.

I’ll send over your Welcome Pack and access to the Neuro-Strategy Library, and we’ll get your first deep-dive session in the diary.
