It has taken time to find a place that so perfectly honours the needs of a neurodivergent nervous system, and there is no more beautiful time to be here than January and February. During these months, the tropical heat gives way to gentle, balmy warmth and soft breezes. The lush green world is entirely in bloom, the pace of life feels wonderfully unhurried. It’s as if the earth herself is dropping her shoulders and inviting us to do the same.
We'll reside in an exclusive private villa set deep in nature. Here, the noise of a demanding world is replaced by dappled sunlight and profound silence. It's a space where the compulsion to mask falls away, and the body can finally exhale. You'll be surrounded by the grounding energy of old-growth nature—resting beside swaying coconut palms, vibrant orchids, and the shade of broad banana trees. Meet Hannah Anstee | Qualified Metabolic Health Coach & Founder
At 40, my metabolism collapsed. I went from hiking to bedbound, relying on a walking stick, diagnosed with CFS, Hypothyroidism, and Autistic Burnout.
My cells were locked in the Danger Response. I stopped trying to heal the neurotypical way. I stopped forcing, pushing, and restricting. Rosa's greatest gift is the feeling she creates the moment you arrive — that quiet, immediate sense of being wholly welcome, deeply held, and completely safe to be yourself.
As a highly experienced retreat leader, fully qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher, Rosa brings a rare quality of presence to our sanctuary. Your private transfer to and from Phnom Penh is fully included — whether that's the airport or anywhere else in the city if you're already travelling or based there.
The journey takes approximately 2 hours 20 minutes through the Cambodian countryside — a beautiful, gentle transition into retreat life.
Transfers will be arranged based on your arrival time. Where guests are arriving at similar times we'll coordinate a comfortable shared people carrier. Where timings differ, a private taxi will be arranged. Either way, you will be met and taken care of.
