The Winter Sanctuary
A slow, silent art gathering for neurodivergent women in perimenopause
SAT 14 NOVEMBER · 10AM UK · 90 MINUTES · ONLINE · £49
Winter isn't only a season. It's any time we're tired, ill, overstimulated, or simply need to stop. Katherine May calls it 'wintering'. Most of us have been through it, and plenty of us are in one now.
Winter is coming, and I'd like you to have somewhere to go.
On Saturday 14 November, 10am UK time, I'm hosting a 90-minute online art gathering built as gently as I can make it.
This is for you if:
You're neurodivergent and in perimenopause or have PMDD and want to find new ways to safely process your emotions and regulate your nervous system
You've spent years performing, masking or coping, and want somewhere you are fully accepted exactly as you are
You'd love to tap into your creativity but don't know where to start
You want some quiet time for yourself, with nobody asking anything of you
This is not therapy. This is rest with paint. I'll host, guide you through some gentle body work, then paint and draw alongside you in silence.
Cameras off. Silence while we make. Nobody has to speak, explain or share, and nothing has to look good. That's not the aim. It's about the process, not the picture.
You'll leave with a calmer, settled nervous system, feeling creatively nourished, and a winter sanctuary of your own to look at whenever you need it.
You'll need simple art materials: kids' paints or a small watercolour set, paper, brushes and a jar of water. The full list is sent when you book.
Will you rest and flow with me?
£49 (30% off at checkout for anyone who needs iT). Recorded, so you can do it in your own time if 10am doesn't work.
